Pros
Pros are the days when there aren't too many kids. You sit most of the time since you're teaching a table of kids. Air conditioning Flexible hours, you can call out and there is no consequence, just don't do it every week
Cons
Management communication is terrible, not paid enough for the job you do. Sometimes, manager could be rude with parents and kids. Cleaning duties Facility is small and not the best set-up for a learning environment.
