Hi Dear colleague, Thank you so much for sharing your opinion and feelings. We are glad to hear you enjoyed work/life balance and remote work and that our mission inspires you. Indeed, in the past couple of years the company performed well and therefore grew significantly in terms of the number of employees and we have a lot of new colleagues. This is an exciting phase for us all. Of course, it is important for us to keep the knowledge and experience we have but at the same time we are all working in a fast changing environment where while having experience , it is is critically important to experiment, test, learn and keep our eyes open on the best practices and it is important to learn from the industry, including external consulting. We can't decipher from your note, if you raised your concerns with your line manager. If not, we believe, it would be great to share your opinion with your direct manager or People team. We are constantly working to build and practice a culture where we meet each other at eye level and encourage everyone to speak up. We value when our employees are challenging the status quo. If for any reason, it does not feel right for you, we must pay attention to it. If it is not comfortable for you or you tried and did not feel heard, we invite you to speak to our People team and dive deeper into the reasons why you might have experienced that.
