- The company seems to be sinking. They make people redundant and yet keep hiring on the other end. What a weird strategy.
- They preach good values by adding their #oneteam and so on everywhere, but in fact: they just all fake to be friendly and caring when they aren't really. People barely say "good morning" in the office to start with. It is difficult to crack into most existing teams while - trust me - i'm an extrovert.
- They 'forgot' to pay me (and i'm not the only one!) for comissions and other fees quite a few times, so I don't think they are to be trusted.. Always keep an eye on your payslips so you can ask them to fix their mistakes (which thanksfully they do! I've been refunded after I asked).
- They promote people who are just lucky enough to have been working there forever and have no management skills. I guess that's ok.. but then, they should train them maybe?! Because lot of people seem to complain about this. Some managers have nothing to teach, they just walk around as if they run the house and add useless pressure to their team.
- To finish, the HR team asks the new employees to post on Glassdoor within their first few days in the company, which I feel is wrong. Newly hired people wanna be compliant and so they might do it and post only nice things while they don't have any clear idea yet about how the company is. We gotta be objective when posting which we can't be after only 2 days at any position, so I think they should stop this suggestion.
