      Pros

      Decent place to learn if you are self motivated to strive.

      Cons

      Management is more focused on making money than employees or the viewers of the station. Moral was always very very low.

      Regional Emmy Award news team, you get to help people, part-time positions are great for college students, good benefits

      Little chance for upward movement, low salary with low raises

      Pros

      This is sales specific- I really can’t say many pros other than decent benefits

      Cons

      -unfair treatment -favoritism -unprofessional -shady -managers are not always very nice, managers are unprofessional and do not train well at all, even when employees ask for more help or guidance - pay is not great for coordinators and assistants, sales reps are 100% commission based - back lack of diversity
