      Pros

      - Good learning environment - Work from home - Flexible (ish) work schedule

      Cons

      - Unorganized processes - Messy client books - Low compensation - Hard to balance work/life - First year staff thrown to the fire - Trainings are iffy - Most managers do not have a CPA (unmotivated group of individuals) - Depending on who you work with, you either receive tons of support of none at all - Audit side Managers & Supervisors are clicky and mean. If they do not like you, you will know.
