I worked at KeySpan Energy full-time

    Pros

Nice people and pleasant place to work, with decent management direction and good benefits. I enjoyed my time here.

    Cons

I don't have much bad stuff to say about anyone here. It was a good company. It was on Long Island so that kind of stunk, but what can you do.

    Advice to Management

Continue to provide great benefits and guidance to your employees. It helps morale and makes it easier to come in early and stay late when needed.
