Pros

Coworkers were mostly nice but very stressed.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from management, poor pay, negative work environment, got in trouble for talking to coworkers but expected to act like best friends at once in a blue moon events they held. Upper management and HR did nothing in regards to complaints about lower management, always had a defense or something to deflect. Lower management and Upper management also played "favorites" and whoever wasn't a favorite got ridiculed for every little thing they did "wrong". Also witnessed a coworker get fired due to not being one the "favorites" and management nit picking and using any little excuse to fire her.
