Pros
Despite the name, Kickback doesn't it kick it back. In bold moves and in ever-adaptive ways, they push forward. They are never defensive, never complacent in being ok. Rather, they are the offensive KO.
To see the workflow, to watch as they grow and radiate is a humbling experience. I am lucky to be a small part of the organization, one which, given Kickback's goals and CEO's Mark and Vlad's ideals, will not remain little. It cannot. And it will not be tiny.
I, of course, can pad on that there are also the ready-made benefits of being at a high-pace, well-supported, aspiration-driven company with ceaselessly intelligent and fun people, but this goes without saying. A company wouldn't be so wildly successful (and worth the praise) if a surrounding network of needs weren't provided. People are taken care of totally and unquestionably.
So, the pros are simple: they are pros. And I cannot wait to see the future at Kickback.
Cons
The only one I can think of is that I cannot think of any one.
