Pros

The coworkers, not the leadership, are wonderful.

Cons

They truly do not care for you. Leadership couldn’t be less aware if they tried. The CEO lies and manipulates people left and right. The company is a total mess. They have great people who could make a change, but everyone with a company leading title is just a kid playing dress up. They have no idea what’s happening and they’re running it into the ground. Denied an ADA accommodations request and would not explain why with any proof or evidence despite a substantial need. Friends and family of the C-levels are hired on without any experience or knowledge. For example, one of the c-levels is related to one of the co-owners which is how he got his position despite no experience in the industry and floundering significantly. Sexist comments and jokes were prevalent, if not encouraged. CEO has been known to say “it’s a good thing we don’t have HR.” As well as commenting that he would fire anyone who complained to HR about him.

Pros

Over the last few years while I've been employed here, there have been obvious missteps with how the C Suite handled installations. However, we're learned and grown as a company and our operations team has its stuff together. In specific, our COO has made big strides in understanding solar and its operations, especially considering he came from outside the solar world when first brought on. We've got realistic expectations and budgets, and additional resources to deliver a good experience for customers.

Cons

There are several people that clearly need additional training, much closer management, or need to be let go/reassigned, and they have not yet been given any of those.
