Cons
Recently went vegan after watching a documentary during lunch break, which has created some... professional complications. Currently experimenting with how much extra fennel seed it takes before customers notice something's "off" (turns out it's exactly 3 tablespoons per pound). The daily moral crisis of crafting what I now call "meat cylinders of sadness" while secretly whispering apologies to each batch is emotionally exhausting. My coworkers are getting suspicious about why I keep "accidentally" setting the grinder to the wrong setting and why our new "experimental" sausages taste suspiciously like they contain 30% breadcrumbs. Management also didn't appreciate my suggestion to pivot the entire operation to making carrot dogs, nor my PowerPoint presentation titled "Beyond Meat: Why We're Already Behind," complete with graphs showing the rising trend of plant-based alternatives that I definitely didn't make during work hours.
