I worked at Klinedinst full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The firm is big on training, allowing you to go to MCLE's, etc. GREAT office.

    Cons

While the "take as much time off as you want" policy sounds good, you actually take less than 2 weeks vacation and then when you leave, you don't have unused vacation time in the bank.

    Advice to Management

Way too top heavy with younger associates.

I worked at Klinedinst as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some really nice admin staff - Lawyers are bitchy and katty

    Cons

Too much drama and game playing. People like to create trouble.

    Advice to Management

Treat the admin staff better. They keep your firm going.

I have been working at Klinedinst full-time

    Pros

High quality attorney's with an incredible appreciation for work/life balance

    Cons

High hourly rates limit client retention

    Advice to Management

Do not be so tied into increasing hourly rates to the detriment of high volumes of work flow.
