      Pros

      The hours are flexible for part timers. They have fun company events and give free food and gifts sometimes.

      Cons

      The pay could be better. The management could be better. The communication between corporate and factory are lacking.

      Pros

      Was great place to work untill one of the board members son took over a production manager.

      Cons

      He had no consept of how to work with people. When aproached with a question , all you would get was rederick ( which rhimes with his name). I see by the current list of employee , that his name isn't included.
