      None at all come to mind.

      Cons

      If you can constantly just tell the leadership what they want to hear, you will be fine. But try to offer any constructive ideas for improvement and you are frozen out….the door. Horrible place to work with lots os gossip and backbiting.

      Easy work with simple instructions.

      Cons

      No communication between management and employee. Coworkers had reported me for not joining in "work gossip" but had stated I wasn't following directions.
