      Pros

      Great culture based on hard work, kindness, and respect for one another and Koops' customers. Senior leadership also focuses on long-term strategy instead of short-term profits. ESOP is a great bonus for retirement savings. Monthly all-company meetings are a great way to break bread with coworkers and listen to what is going on and where the company is moving.

      Cons

      Benefits other than the ESOP are mediocre.

      Pros

      My coworkers are very kind and truly make coming to work everyday fun. The company is willing to pay for educational opportunities. The ESOP is a plus if you are looking to stick around long term.

      Cons

      When a senior person leaves, the replacement is normally a recent grad which can leave gaps in knowledge base.
