Over worked — 1 PM for 4-7 projects. No one can do a good job when it is so much work and lack of organization. Huge turn over —- no a place for a career unless you want to be worked to death and stressed.

First off, If you are looking for growth and career development do not work here. LGE is a great company to work for in theory. LGE always gives “the tour” to perspective candidates and new clients. They show you around the building and speak about how great the office is and the concept behind it and then they discuss the culture of the company. When touring you hear all these great things about the company and looking at it while touring makes sense. It all changes when you are officially an employee. Once you become an employee you get the details about the organization and they preach about their culture and the great things they do for their employees. If not great benefits, no transparency, no career growth, no professional development, and favoritism are the benefits then yes they do great things for their employees. LGE has their employees under constant fear that they are going to be laid off. Employees are constantly worried that if they blink wrong they can be fired. It’s not a pleasant environment to be in. LGE is stuck in the past and has not learned how to solidify their processes and procedures. They are not willing to consider new ideas that can help implement solid procedures. They say that they want change within the business, but when change is trying to be made it is met with extreme opposition. The overall experience at LGE was not a great one. I would not recommend working here if you have any ambition and want to develop your skills. Overall good in theory not good in reality. Avoid avoid avoid.
