      A history of great clients and big budgets

      Cons

      Big clients are mostly in the past A revolving door of layoffs not related to the economy The talent drain is hard to watch No digital Culture is a mess—beer doesn't make up for no raises or bonuses Way too many executives for the size of the company No sense of direction The C-suite is in this for themselves Financially questionable—esop payments are now locked up for 10 years after you leave the company
