*Benefits lead the market
*Decent Bonuses
*Some coworkers
Cons
* If you’re a woman, don’t expect to move up. The expectation is to sit pretty and do what you’re told. Literally advice I got from other women at the company were to “find a man who will back your opinions” because they were aware that they wouldn’t be heard
*”Culture” = listen to men talk about work
*”Leadership” = don’t ask “stupid” questions
*”Work Life Balance” = work all the time
Nonexistent work life balance, will be expected to work on vacation, holidays, and medical leave, lower end in wages, a few toxic coworkers management enables.
good company that wants to care for employees. great benefits. great bonus. nice office and nice snacks - if that's important to you
Cons
- priority to office space vs employee work-life balance. Remote during COVID, now back to office 3-4 days a week. BUT this doesn't apply to all VPs --- some can work remote and even in another state, but we're required to be in the office. Not a fair environment.
- dress code policy doesn't apply to All VPs in the NJ office - some VPs can wear jeans in the office but we can't!
- Expect negative comments from everywhere and few positive encouragement on how well you did... they thrive on negativity that they call "opportunity for improvement".
