I worked at LUKOIL (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Paid well to keep quiet

    Cons

Command economy style of management and operation. Unbelievable. All decisions ultimately made from Moscow but the whole operation is only a diversion to make people "Think" they are adding value or doing any real work. The only people with a real future at this company are RUSSIANS! People mysteriously show up to work in positions that are friends, relatives, political party associates from Russia, sons and daughters of business associates owed favors to from around the world. Never seen anything this blatant! Nepotism at it's finest.

    Advice to Management

    LOL

I have been working at LUKOIL full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its like getting a tooth pulled that you did not need to. Some day the pain will only be a memory

    Cons

Dictatorial management that operates in cliques. Much internecine back stabbing. Low quality of employees. Unprofessional work environment. Sweat shop work environment. The bosses thieve and the employees grieve.

    Advice to Management

Fire everybody (including yourselves) and start over.

I have been working at LUKOIL full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Salaries are decent compared to other companies within the same area.

    Cons

24 x 7 constant harassment which includes after hours and weekend emails which are expected to be answered. Management was "hand picked" and have no knowledge of US HR policies & ethics. Very toxic environment!

    Pros

Honestly, not very many. Formerly it had been a great place to work but the leadership has taken the company to a bad place,

    Cons

The CEO is underqualified and runs the business as a dictatorship. Other leadership bows to the CEO and is unwilling or unable to make their voices heard.

    Advice to Management

A qualified leader, and one that is willing to listen to employees about business and culture. Many customers, as well as employees have left due to the hostile environment and policies that have been enacted.
