There are some really great standout people there tirelessly trying.
Cons
The supervisors/assembly workers are the unsung hero’s of the company, however management doesn’t really see that. Reality is that there are poor to no standardized documented processes all the way thru the company, sub-standard assembly documentation and lack of any real cross functional team work to solve issues. And there is no cohesive leadership from above to prioritize forming inclusive teams to work through these issues. A very select few decree/direct what happens.
