    Pros

    Can't think of any. Perhaps pizza onc time during our lunch break? And it wasn't even good pizza!

    Cons

    Management / Team Leaders acted like middle school students. One reprimanded me for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I did very well, numbers wise, but was habitually harassed by one manager who wasn't even my team leader! The pay is terrible. Company moral is non-existing. Absolutely the worst place I've ever worked.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up and worry about your job. Don't create personal agendas with employees for apparently no reason. It's weird and somewhat creepy.

    Everything was great! Fantastic honest people- who do the right things always.. best owners and front office around..

    Pros

    Great Job if you are in school. Very Flexible. Will work with your schedule Great and Very understanding management. They Make sure you have everything you need to succeed to

    Cons

    Sometimes when there are not enough leads to call, business may close early.

    Pros

    Nice coworkers, especially since I got along with people.

    Cons

    Pay was too low. Work builds up and up.
    Too much pressure to have very high call volume. Those emails about comparing people are childish and humiliating. Expectations go up very strongly within 2-3 months, and by one year its very heavy. By a year and half I was stressed even on Sunday. A small group will get high paying jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Value your nonmanagement people, because you will start to look bad. Give those people raises at 6 month and 1 year mark. Don't make people wait a full year for benefits. My crown costed me a lot of money because the 80 percent coverage only applies to low-end dentists. Its deceptive!

    Pros

    LeadQual gives you the opportunity to reach out in the community and offer a variety of services for local and long distant Military Personnel, current or retired.

    Cons

    Sometime Leads get low and not enough work for every one.. have to leave early some days.

    Advice to Management

    Great job with Mangement, no advice

    Pros

    LeadQual is a good place to work. They have a open-minded friendly environment in the call center. The job is very easy, all you do is make outbound calls through an auto-mated dialer, of course there is quota's and quality assurance guidelines to be met. The biggest plus is the break room which is stocked weekly with different snacks and fruits!

    Cons

    After all the good here is the bad. For all the hours you would put in for this company, they are not flexible with scheduling ( as far as offering part-time shifts), and they offered no benefits at the time of employment nor 6 months after. Now we all know we need benefits!

    Advice to Management

    There also is not much room to advance to management. They have maybe 3 or 4 manager positions available in the call center and about 30-45 people who would apply for the position.
