I have been working at Legends part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Legends has provided a great environment to work in which is incredibly comfortable. They have made management very easily accessible, and they are happy to listen to any suggestions or complaints you may have about the way things are going. I also found that scheduling was super flexible, which was very good to see.

    Cons

Sometimes, there's simply too many people around doing nothing. Management seems to hold a "maybe more customers will show up" attitude, but that is often not the case, leaving many employees grumpy, bored, and tired as they stand around late into the night.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees to go home once the crowds start to die down or if it is clear we do not need as many points of sale!

I have been working at Legends part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Potential is there and Golden 1 Center is a great addition to Sacramento. Uniforms are stylish and employee hub online is useful.

    Cons

Inept management placing big money decisions in the hands of incompetent inexperienced personal friends who make poor wasteful financial decisions out of pettiness, spite, greed, and ignorance. Way too many managers and supervisors who are very ineffective, weak, and willfully ignorant.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the union and start basing your decisions on what is best for the customer and business.

I worked at Legends part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced, good environment, decent pay

    Cons

Customers are oftentimes difficult to work with, forced to rely on cooks, runners, etc. to be prompt, typically understaffed

    Advice to Management

Make sure to staff enough people for a game, as there were often long lines and impatient customers, and the cashiers are the ones that get yelled at.

    Pros

    You do get a paycheck

    Cons

This is a review for the livenation accounts it seems as if this company is split between the sports division and the livenation side. And if your desperate enough to need work and a livenation account is all there is you may want to think twice before accepting the position.
The executive team on the livenation side is delusional they have zero value on the employees and everyone is replaceable also the livenation clients micromanage the business and will cripple any innovative or progressive ideas you may have. They will not reveal any particulars of the contract with you and keep in mind they only signed a 5 year deal with livenation in 2015 so you can count on looking for another job when this contract goes out to bid in a few years

    Advice to Management

Stop taking your employees for granted. Look closer at your middle managers and the HR side of livenation ..they are ruining your company
