      Nice place to learn but too much internal procedure

      Pros

      Dynamic environment. You must be a problem solver to work at Lenzing. You can really improve your both hard and soft skills especially soft skills.

      Cons

      Upper management is too far from the reality of the markets and they get drawn in unnecessary procedures.
