I worked at Lexolution as a contractor

    Pros

No micromanagement. Also, the project managers were very kind and reasonable. I felt that the work was comparable to other similar projects that I have worked on.

    Cons

Workspace was a windowless room. So, the working conditions could have been improved. However, it was nice to have autonomy and space to work without heavy supervision.

    Advice to Management

Provide greater communication to contract attorneys regarding contract assignment duration and be more transparent about contract project status (particularly in terms of when the contract project with wrap up.

    Pros

Fair pay; treat contractors well. Treat people much better than places like Epiq. Pay is far. Not $29.00 for English jobs like some places. Pays overtime.

    Cons

None so far that I know of

    Advice to Management

Keep treating people fairly and like adults.

I worked at Lexolution as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Worked off site - good location for me. Law firm and Lexolution provided a great work environment - hours worked well for my needs.

    Cons

Seated too close - a squeeze - sneezing, coughing not healthy.

    Advice to Management

Over all this review worked well for me. I prefer 8 hr. days but there are those who want more hours - flexibility is key.
