Pros
Big pool of design talents and hard workers. Good atmosphere in teams. When had foreign design director for performance and fast retail good structure and creativity push strong in teams.
Cons
Fall back to old structures. Only Chinese organization. Is good for communication but design not anymore very creative and no clear direction. Many leave as result.
