Cons
owner jonathan is dishonest and will not consistently keep promises to employees or customers. He always acts like he didn't say something, or you have it wrong etc. He goes through employees like water, they either frequently quit or he simply fires people when he feels like it. Im not bitter, just being honest. I was warned about him, but took the job for the pay and flexible schedule. They are ALWAYS hiring sales and engineers. They can't keep engineers bc they pay so low $20k-30/year and are overworked, so they leave because its simply not worth it. Customers notice lack of engineering support which makes it impossible to please customers because linatech products always fail due to lack of trained engineers and lack of support. NO BENEFITS
