I worked at Lippert Components full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The best reasons to work here are, stay paychecks and high turn over,if your looking for advancement.i would suggest starting odd in the position you really want though.

    Cons

Some of the challenges working here are pay,the c fumes in the air [if you're in welding)and most importantly, the temperature of the plants...no ac. It gets very hot.

    Advice to Management

Allow people to wear headphones! That work is hard. Workers need more breaks.

I have been working at Lippert Components full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of room to get promotions

    Cons

Key employees are often overlooked for reviews, management never sticks around long

    Advice to Management

Take a look at your key players and show them how valuable they are by giving them the best salaries in the area. If you think you cant loose them, then act like it... with PAY, not just positive encouragement

I have been working at Lippert Components full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not sure. I've had too many negative experiences.

    Cons

    Don't know where to begin!

    Advice to Management

Replace current management with people who in turn respect their reports. Find people who actually put in a full day of work rather than sitting in each others office laughing and gossiping. This is the worst management I have ever worked with.
