      Pros

      -Good place to get started in the games industry. -Professional environment -Organized, with clear deadlines and expectations -Lots of fun projects to work on -Good way to grow as an artist and get paid for it.

      Cons

      -The price estimates (what you get paid if approved) can be hit or miss. -No compensation if art does not get approved (its a total loss to the artist) -No benefits or long term incentives.

      -Variety of projects including many AAA -Great place to increase portfolio work -Great place for rapid learning of new techniques and art styles -Fun atmosphere and activities -Weekly Friday breakfast

      Cons

      -Weird pay structures and invoice process -Pay based on assets produced instead of hours worked -Communication issues with management -Normalized over-working behavior -Bad micromanagement in some departments -Raises are rarely given -Work is not always stable -Favoritism -Cliquey environment

      Bagel Fridays Nice offices decent equipment SOME good managers

      Cons

      Artists are constantly promised better pay "if they work hard enough." This never happens though.
