      extreme conservative viewpoints on display. The break room TV was set on Fox News and you couldn’t turn it down or change the channel

      Pros

      The company has a great product / price point in the online job board marketplace. With a local focus in owing multiple geographic and niche job boards, it was very easy to sell local employers on the value relative to the larger national job boards. Also, my job afforded me the work/life balance that I was looking to establish after working in the corporate world for a number of years.

      Cons

      Smaller company with limited upside growth potential. The company is privately owned and does not appear positioned or seeking a sale situation.
