      Pros

      The work culture is very positive and supportive, making it a great platform to begin and build your career. The growth path is well defined, with opportunities to work closely with the Founder’s Office and collaborate across cross functional teams, which provides excellent exposure and learning.

      Cons

      It would be great if the company could consider providing food facilities and improving the quality of coffee.
