get to meet players, get to see the BTS of how the NFL works, free food every Monday, some employees are actually very good kind hearted people, benefits are actually very good

Cons

Management sucks, extremely toxic work environment be prepared to be talked down to and seen primarily as an operator not an employee. No opportunities for growth whatsoever, long hours 60+ hour work weeks most of the time and tight deadlines. The biggest problem I had here was feeling stuck and unmotivated. As an employee even when I offered ideas to improve our current content. These ideas were ignored 😒 with no end insight
