      Wonderful therapist colleagues Training opportunities for couples therapy, sex, trauma, etc Very supported by coworkers and management I make more and work about 50% less than I did at an agency Took 4 months to build a full time caseload, which I’ve heard is fast for private practice Healthcare coverage only seeing 18 clients Annual retreat to Stinson Beach
