Pros

Flexible working. Great colleagues (mostly) Autonomous working. Interesting work.

Cons

Impulsive CEO is happy to make redundancies fast to please his board of advisors, despite the hard work and passion you give. Poor salaries, not in line with similar industry roles. Poor benefits package. Commission structure still not in place after almost 2 years. Lack of development opportunities.

Pros

Very empowering. You are given a framework to work from but are then left to shape that how ever you like. All the support from all parts of the business are only a call away.

Cons

Salary is a little low compared to similar types of Project focussed roles.

Pros

k with a great team of people. Good work/life balance and friendly culture. You're expected to work 9 to 5.30 but the working day finishes on time, which isn't always the norm! The company has an inspiring mission to get more people riding bikes

Cons

Starting salary is a bit lower than some other similar positions. The company has been around for +10 years but is run a bit like a startup which makes it dynamic but also a bit disorganized at times.
