This company has probably the best culture I've seen in any workplace, and it shouldn't be surprising because a great effort is made to keep it that way. Great leaders and management too (I'd rate the CEO with 5 thumbs up if I could)
Cons
Although Lumerate has been around for quite a bit now, it still has some startup-like things. It's not a con for me, but it might be for others.
Compensation is on par with other similar companies, so not outstanding but good.
This list is long...
1. It's a smaller company. If you're part of the team, you matter. Period.
2. Emphasis on team connection.
3. Opportunities for growth. I never stop learning here. It's baked into the culture.
4. Trust. I'm not micromanaged.
5. Flexibility. Life happens, and as long as the job gets done there's space for it.
6. Results-oriented culture. We have goals, and we're driven to accomplish them.
7. Respect for values and priorities. We're all driven by different things and that's okay.
8. Work/life balance is respected.
9. Culture here isn't a means to an end, but an end in itself. We all contribute.
10. Retention. It's ludicrously high here.
Cons
No company is perfect, but any gripes I have a small and infrequent.
