I have been working at MA Laboratories full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You are in charge of your own success - there is no micro managing or babysitting - management instills trust in the employees to succeed and take care of your business. That doesn't go to say there isn't a TON of support! From colleagues, managers, cross-departmental, up to the execs - everyone makes themselves readily available to help. My favorite thing - it's a flat hierarchy without the typical corporate politics.

The transparency and flow of information from top management makes you feel involved and valued. There isn't any hidden agenda and that can be felt from the start of the first interview. Everyone is open, down to earth, and up front about what's going on. This really makes you feel like company decisions are being made for the welfare of the employees.

The company values the employees - there's an employee appreciation event monthly, weekly trainings to enhance knowledge and catered breakfast/brunches almost on a weekly basis! There is definitely an investment in your success as an employee here.

    Cons

Nothing really to be honest - it's pretty flexible here and department heads will work with you for any one-off accommodations or requests if need be.

The trainees are weekly, and they always keep you updated of their products. Lots of supplier goes in person to give the trainee to the employees, so they can ask some specific technological questions to them.
