I worked at MJHS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some staff are nice to work with, good benefits, upper management is vigilant about writing fake positive reviews on Glassdoor to bury honest reviews

    Cons

Bullying culture, money comes first/patients come last, shady dealings, unethical upper mgmt. Turnover of staff working in direct patient care is through the roof because working environment is toxic and workload is impossible. Does not pay time and a half for overtime. Look at Yelp reviews by people who have had experience with MJHS as their family member's caregiver.

    Advice to Management

Upper management doesn't listen to employee concerns

I have been working at MJHS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Health insurance is great. Has parking lot.

    Cons

Where do I even start? Ive worked here over 5 years. There is so much nepotism and favoritism in this company. In this company its not what degree you have or what experience you have or what you can offer. Ive seen people more than qualified for a job passed up and given to someone else they know. Management doesnt even know how to manage people. Please train your management as much as you want your staff trained. They are clueless at their jobs. Give your staff fair salary. Stop saying its not within your budget. Because that is such a lie. Give them promotions. Make them feel appreciated and actually want to work hard and stay here in this company. Micromanaged staff, cant even use the bathroom without being questioned. Ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing favoritism. Your staff are all equal. Its not who you get along with on a personal level. Certain departments should be investigated for this. Promote those that deserve it and have been there working hard for years.
