Pros
Free coffee. 1 free pair of headphones. The base salary was good but there was nothing else. No other compensation during my time there.
Cons
This quote by Jimmy Iovine about MOG - Daisy in Billboard magazine: MOG “was a failed utility,” Iovine said. The tasks were typically vague 2 or 3 word descriptions. Meetings about tasks were rare but. very confrontational. My work was only reviewed once in the 6 months I worked there. The various directors never spoke to me about my job once I was hired.
