Pros
Potentially great product. Tech support is fantastic. Great work ethic, unfortunately overworked and underpaid. Certainly there is opportunity for advancement as there are only 5 employees.
Cons
Management and leadership is non existent. No training at all. Should not launch a product to a sector that is dependent on a functional robust system. Should still be in Alpha stage not Beta.
