People are very nice for the most part and not a lot of the bureaucracy at larger firms. Headquarters Location is not bad

Very backward technologically and philosophically. Nothing from research standard to differentiate from competitors. Unwilling to hire operations staff that want to work from home even occasionally
Best job I ever had..Greatest people from the top execs down ..Great place, great people, great learning experience, great benefits..I could go on an on..Loved my job, my team, everything was great. Call center business moving online is the only reason I am not still there. I really miss working there and would go back in a second.
