I have been working at MTS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Sitting at home and waiting on the next problem to call in is the only pro here, typically the problem I thought I fix the day before. Apparently not. I've only been here a few months and I ready see whats going on. We support only junk. There is no rhythm or reason why the internet sucks so bad at these hotels other than the fact that MTS allows them too.

    Cons

Everything is con because nothing works. All this technology they have and its guaranteed to fail. If people known the logistics of this company and how they work internally dont think they would be in business. Dont plan on being here to much longer very under paid for dealing with the support calls that come in.

    Advice to Management

Dont know how they sleep at night, your company is kind of like the auto mechanic who fixes one problem on your car then breaks another so you will come back. My only advised is when something is broke your job is to fix it and not acting like your fixing it. People are paying for your internet at these hotels and they should be able to use it, and not spending half of their vacation trying to do tricks just so they can get the login page to appear.

I have been working at MTS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Drivers, Constant work, Friendly Staff. The job is like a giant puzzle where sometimes the pieces have been chewed up but still need to fit.

    Cons

More than 40+ hours a week. 6+work days when advertised as 5. Upper management only cares about themselves. Always having to protect yourself. They fire the good people and promote the crap people. Do to good of a job and they won't let you leave the position that you are at.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employee's. Protect everyone not just yourselves. Train instead of firing. There needs to be more than 5 minutes of training.

I have been working at MTS (Less than a year)

    Pros

I get to work from home & gather experience at a Help Desk job. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get past it the job I have is fairly enjoyable.

    Cons

There is no official policy on pay raises, so I really have no idea if I will ever get a raise, or how high the incremental change would be.

    Advice to Management

Please issue some semblance of a policy with regards to pay raises.
