      Pros

      Great technology from great Italian minds. Fast moving company in a complex and competitive market. MainStreaming really changed the way video is streamed on the internet.

      Cons

      Growing fast comes with challenges and there is not always time to to perfectly shape processes and procedure. You might adapt a little bit to the changing environment...

      Pros

      It’s pretty much the dream gig. They actually care about your life outside of work. I don’t receive calls or emails during my day off. My bosses are also friendly and welcoming. They’re also supportive and always ready to answer any question. Plus, they’re all about innovation, so they’re all ears when you have new ideas.
