      Office setup and occasional travel, decent worklife balance

      Cons

      Terrible management with unoriginal ideas, low morale from “pivoting” , people generally feel disposable. Barely feels like a real company anymore.

      Building a cool AI product, great benefits, flexible remote environment, team is full of down to earth people, easy to work with, in person meetups are fun

      It's a start-up so things move fast, strategies and directions can change but it's all apart of the ride.
