Pros

Cool office, casual environment, effort put in to seeking out new business. Good number of holidays and PTO days. Flexible if you need to get to appointments or have work-life balance, for the most part.

Cons

Like other reviews have noted, management has little to no actual management experience. This is not a new thing to agencies - they love to promote people who have been with them for years and who have conformed to the status quo, but that does not equal a good manager of people, nor a good mentor or teacher for the younger set. Little room to grow. Little room for individuality, respectful disagreement, management of client expectations, etc.
