      Loosing money, national accounts and employees (significant turnover) Reach out to previous employees and get a true understanding of what it's like to work there.

      Pros

      The culture is fun and friendly, the people have a fantastic sense of humor. The management is honest, fair, and understanding of personal issues, treats employees more than employees, it's a friends and family like feel. They have frequent potlucks and holiday celebrations that are GREAT! Good benefits. Nice office. Lots of opportunity to grow in your career, lots of support.
