      * Most of the devs and other employees are good and friendly * All the clients are from abroad so huge learning opportunity

      Cons

      * The CEO/MD is like Donald Trump nobody can predict what he's going to say and do the next minute very unprofessional and fully ChatGPT based * Try to micromanage and don't focus in the right place

      None to mention, as the interview experience revealed a complete lack of professional standards.

      1. The CEO exhibits an alarmingly unprofessional demeanor. Instead of a standard technical or managerial evaluation, I was met with personal insults. Being told "you know nothing" and "no, you can't" when explaining proven industry strategies (like audience intent) shows a deep-seated insecurity and a rejection of professional logic. 2. The office is fundamentally disorganized. HR provided a desktop with only Notepad for a strategic writing task, yet the CEO later berated me for not using a Doc file with "bold headlines." Blaming a candidate for the company's own lack of basic software (Word/Google Docs) is a peak example of gaslighting. 3. Because the office was unprepared, I was pressured to log into my personal Gmail on a company computer to share files. This is a massive security red flag for any tech agency.

      Toxic Work Culture and Poor Management Decisions

      Pros

      Every day the management changes their decisions without any clear direction. There’s no proper HR or accountant — yet all HR and finance-related decisions come directly from the MD. The work environment is toxic, and most senior employees lack experience and professionalism. Sometimes they even assign junior employees as project leads, which makes no sense. The company badly needs system and process improvement. They don't think about employee future and job security at all.

      Cons

      Salary given 5–10 days late. MD sometimes friendly. Too much drama, not enough direction.
