Unless you’re in with any of the managing partners forget being treated fairly or kindly. Rules only apply to certain people. Company does not pay well nor do they pay for parking downtown.
Staff very friendly and a couple of upper management are great to work for. Do not have to clock in but are expected to be on time.
Cons
Firm does not pay enough. It is only when an employee is leaving that they then consider a raise for someone. Upper management - obvious there is discourse. Loyalty and great work needs to be rewarded more.
