      Pros

      Been with MQ's for a year now. I can say that management is very understanding so far and attentive. I am happy to be a part of the team! We have many benefits but the one that stands out for me is that lunch is included and lunch times are extremely flexible. It is a good environment to work in, which really helps!

      So far I don't have any cons. Will update if things change.

      Pros

      This is a technology company with mostly engineers, and there are no unnecessary rituals. According to this, working hours are devoted to working on projects. Here you may encounter some interesting tasks. I was lucky enough to learn about big data processing in Python. Even though I did very little manually, the experience was interesting. All members of my team regularly receive training paid for by the company. This includes courses from top worldwide universities.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to switch between projects too quickly, it's easy to lose focus on your work. Also, it takes a lot of research to pitch an idea to the management.
