I have been working at Methodist Health System full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I have been here 5 years now and love the small Town feeling of a hospital system that is in a big city. Everyone here is very friendly and always willing to come to the help of those in need. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow here. I love working here.

    Cons

I really have very few if any cons against working here. This is just such a great place to work.

    Pros

Not the same routine every day. Management is down to earth and easily accessible. Flexibility is perfect. Your opinion matters and makes a difference.

    Cons

Title doesn’t match position. Badge says one thing but HR system says different. This make a difference when comparing your salary in the market. Pay could be a lot better. Limited room for growth. Training is slim to none. Be prepared to learn on the job.
