I have been working at Methodist Health System (More than 10 years)

    Pros

My co-workers are wonderful. I enjoy coming to work each day. My immediate supervisor is a pleasure to work with. She allows us to be a team and utilize our talents to make a difference for our patients. I feel like I know the vision senior leaders have for this organization and I'm part of the team that makes it happen.

    Cons

I have no complaints worth expressing.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing exactly what you are doing. We have a good product.

Great teamwork . Not a very large hospital which makes for a great close knit work environment. The shifts are 7 on and 7 off.

    Cons

None so far. At the moment I can't think of any cons.

I have been working at Methodist Health System full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Benefits, culture, diversity, and friendliness.

    Cons

    Leadership is not good.

    Advice to Management

Please consider manager / director training. Leadership needs annual training and needs o be held accountable for the way they treat staff. People don't leave organizations. They leave managers!

I worked at Methodist Health System full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I loved everything about working here, from the staff to the way the floor was managed. I worked in the Telemetry unit 7th floor of Metropolitan Methodist Hospital.

    Cons

The only downside was that pay could have been a little better. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience.

I worked at Methodist Health System full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was responsible for the entire hospital including the ER and I learned so very much by having different patients.

    Cons

It was hard to cover all patients and I worried that some of the people were not seen.
