      Because it's a small company, there's so much opportunity to have an immediate impact. If you are are an achiever and step up to take ownership in getting things done and solving problems, you will excel here.

      It was a job and I got some money from it

      Cons

      Micro-managing from the owner who would bypass engineering team. Owner was always coming out of her office to yell at me about boards not passing when I am just a tester not on the production line so I have no control over whether boards were passing nor failing, on the contrary I was always praised like an angel when the boards passed. again I had no control whether pass or fail.
