I really enjoy working for MicroMain as we all work together as a team and collaborate regularly with each other. My team is always ready to jump in and help or take on a new challenge.

Cons

MicroMain is a smaller company but I like working in a smaller company as we all know each other and can reach out to each other easily.

Pros

The leadership at MicroMain is great and it's why i've stayed so long, and why we have folks who have stayed for over 13 years. There is transparent communication, managers who lookout for individual contributors, and people leading with empathy. We're all here to work, but leadership has gone out of their way to make sure everyone feels appreciated and has a voice.

Cons

No cons really. It's a small company which may be a con for some, but it's made me feel more valued than getting lost as a line item at a large company.

Great Company to work for. Develop and continue to develop the software to meet the client's needs. Upper management absolutely amazing and want to see everyone exceed within the company and long time customer sucess as well. So happy to be part of this company.
