      Flexible schedule / Looks great on a resume / Great benefits (medical, vacation, bonus)

      Cons

      Working environment is too laid back, hard to get things done / Extremely clique-ish with toxic, reality TV stab-you-in-the-back drama / Not a collaborative environment / Sink or swim / Management has no clear goals set for the company, and they have different opinions / Lots of ego / Prepare to meet lots of resistance to whatever you want to do / Terrible HR management / Team operates as a friend's club with non members being left out of interesting projects and promotions.

      -Good company to have on your resume -Great benefits (medical, vacation, bonus) -Chance to work with very talented and creative employees.

      Cons

      -Salaries scales should be revised (upper level mgmt salaries are just too hight compared to lower rank employees) -Limited growth within the company
